Some of the cast members shared their insight about what could happen in “Game of Thrones” Season 7 at the San Diego Comic Con. Isaac Hempstead Wright talked about how the mark on Bran’s arm could bring down The Wall.

[Spoiler alert]

Perhaps the most anticipated event in the next season is The Wall coming down. The White Walker invasion can’t happen with the magical barrier protecting the seven kingdoms. However, there is also the possibility of the invaders being able to get in, if Bran decides to cross back into Westeros.

Wright’s comments posted on Making Game of Thrones, suggest that the magic of The Wall could be nullified by Bran, just like it did at the cave. The mark of the Night King helped the White Walkers and the Wights to overcome the magic of the cave in the previous season.

Bran will be well aware of this problem in “Game of Thrones” Season 7. Now that he doesn’t have a safe place to stay north of The Wall, he will consider crossing back into Westeros. However, Wright said that his character will be in a “dilemma” about whether to cross back or not.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Wright pointed out that there are a number of possibilities when his character reaches The Wall. He said that one option before Bran is to sacrifice himself in order to stop the invasion. Another option is to crossover and inform the people and prepare them for the big war.

Talking about the possibility of another Stark reunion involving Bran, Wright said that he hasn’t spoken to the producers about it yet. The young boy is the only one who knows about Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) being a Targaryen, and he is expected to reveal this information to everyone in “Game of Thrones” Season 7.
