There is another big Ned Stark flashback scene featured in “Game of Thrones” Season 6 episode 6. Cast member Robert Aramayo has confirmed his appearance in at least two more episodes in a recent interview.

The visions of Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright) have been a major focus of the current season. They reveal what really happened in the past, debunking the stories being told in Westeros. The visions are expected to have an impact on the final fight with the Night’s King.

In an interview with Hull Daily Mail, Aramayo (Young Ned) has confirmed that his character will return in episode 6 for a brief scene. The actor also teased that Young Ned Stark will have a “significant showing” in the finale episode.

[Spoiler alert]

So far, the flashback scene showed Young Ned at the Tower of Joy, attempting to rescue his sister Lyanna Stark. Bran found out that the stories about his father were wrong and Ned Stark did not defeat Arthur Dayne (Luke Roberts) honourably.

A big reason why Bran’s visions are particularly important in “Game of Thrones” Season 6 is that it is expected to reveal the parentage of Jon Snow (Kit Harington). Many believe that Jon is really the son of Lyanna and Rhaegar Targaryen and Ned’s sister made him promise not to reveal this secret to anyone.

The first flashback scene at the Tower of Joy did not reveal what happened after the fight. The Three-Eyed Raven (Max von Sydow) did not want Bran to spend too much time in the past.

It is not clear if “Game of Thrones” Season 6 episode 6 will show the scene at the Tower of Joy. The finale episode, however, appears to be yet another big one for the TV series, as it will be a big episode for Young Ned Stark.
