The High Sparrow is in for a surprise in “Game of Thrones” Season 6. In a recent interview, cast member Jonathan Pryce teased some details about what happens to his character in one of the future episodes of the TV series.

[Spoiler alert]

The High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) has managed to enrage the Lannisters and the Tyrells, two of the most powerful Houses in Westeros. In an interview with Kawerna, Pryce said that his character does everything with a smile, even if those things are cruel.

He has already humiliated Cersei Lannsiter (Lena Headey) by making her walk naked through the streets of King’s Landing and now threatens to do the same to Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer). He previously told of Olenna Tyrell (Diana Rigg) off and may now have to face the consequences of his actions.

Pryce teased that one of the future episodes of the show has a trial scene of Cersei. The High Sparrow has become over confident in “Game of Thrones” Season 6 and will believe that everything is going according to plan. He doesn’t take the hint when he is informed that Cersei hasn’t left her chambers, while everyone is waiting for her.

Meanwhile, the hall where the trial is supposed to take place slowly starts to get filled with people. There are plots being hatched all around the High Sparrow, but he is oblivious to them. In the end Pryce’s character witnesses an “unpleasant surprise.”

Did Pryce just reveal that the High Sparrow will die in the trial scene? The death, however, would not be a big surprise as he has antagonised some very powerful people in King’s Landing.

Meanwhile, Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) revealed more spoilers about “Game of Thrones” Season 6. In an interview with Time, she played the game “Two truths and a lie.” Her statements were “Ramsay dies,” “Lady Stoneheart returns” and “Arya checks three people off her list.” Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) also played the game and her three statements were “Arya goes to Westeros, back over the sea,” “Arya is in the trailer more times than people have realized, because they don’t realize it’s her” and “Arya doesn’t cross any more names off her list.”
