HBO has released the synopsis and a preview video of episode 2 of “Game of Thrones” Season 6. The video teases Bran using his Greensight powers and Sansa Stark has a conversation with Brienne of Tarth about Arya.

[Spoiler alert]

After missing out on Season 5, Isaac Hempstead Wright will be back as Bran in the next episode. The trailer teases him using Greensight, which is the ability to see events in the past or the future. According to the official synopsis of the next episode Bran will be seen training under the Three-eyed Raven (Max von Sydow).

It is not clear how good Bran has become after training with the Three-eyed Raven. Bran is expected to make a major revelation about Jon Snow’s (Kit Harington) parents through a vision about the past. That flashback scene may be featured in episode 3, as the synopsis of that episode teases “Bran meets the past.”

The preview of episode 2 also teases Sansa (Sophie Turner) being interested in the whereabouts of her sister Arya (Maisie Williams). The two sisters have not met for a long time and are not expected to meet in “Game of Thrones” Season 6. Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) tells Sansa that she tracked Arya for three days, but couldn’t find her.

The episode synopsis says nothing about Arya, but the promo video shows her continuing her training.

In the north, Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) proposes a plan to get Sansa back. He expects that she is travelling to Castle Black and he wants to storm the castle with his army. At Castle Black, the Night’s Watch will rally behind Alliser Thorne (Owen Teale), according to the synopsis. The preview shows the men breaking down the door to get Jon Snow’s body.

Back in King’s Landing Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) will start advising King Tommen (Dean-Charles Chapman), according to the synopsis. The trailer shows Jaime having a heated discussion with the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce). “Game of Thrones” Season 6 episode 2 will setup two major confrontations; one in King’s Landing and the other in the north.
