In Season 2 Episode 22 of “The Flash,” Zoom’s leader will be revealed. There will also be a couple of returning villains who may appear in the form of a flashback.

Spoiler alert! This article contains “The Flash" spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens next before the new episode airs.

In the episode, titled “Invincible,” Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) will appear as a member of Zoom’s meta-human army, writes Screen Rant. She will be at the helm of the attack against Central City. Earth-2 Laurel Lance will be aware that her doppelganger is already dead and that she used to be the Black Canary. The episode synopsis stated that Black Canary’s doppelganger is actually the leader of Zoom.

Overall, the team will be surprised to see her leading the assault against Central City. Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team are still trying to get more details surrounding the death of Earth-1 Laurel in Star City. Cisco (Carlos Valdes) will particularly be affected, seeing her alive again, but as a villain.

Entertainment Weekly also featured some images showing the arrival of Black Siren. One photo showed her apparently using her ability, the Canary Cry, which is a powerful scream that can destroy various objects and perhaps, even people. Her power actually originated from a special device given by Cisco to her before. There are most likely flashback scenes of the Black Siren working together with Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) and Reverb.

The next episode will also show Wally West (Keiynon Lonsdale) on a mission to take down some of the meta-humans. Wally appears to have gained super powers after getting in contact with the Speed Force after Barry and Wells’ (Tom Cavanaugh) failed experiment with the particle accelerator explosion.

The other members of the team are also particularly concerned about Barry’s ability to defeat Zoom. In the past episode, Barry was able to gain back his super speed after dealing with himself. The Flash will need all the help he can get from the team and city police to take on the army of meta-humans, as well as Zoom and Black Siren.

“The Flash” Season 2 Episode 22 will air on May 17 on The CW. It also airs on Fox8 in Australia. More updates and details are expected soon.
