The "Great Gatsby" star, Leonardo DiCaprio is now another face added to the long list of actors eyed for the part of Christian Grey. Leo would definitely be part of the film if of course Oliver Stone was in charge of the casting. Plus, if Universal Studios could afford Leo, he'd definitely be the Christian Grey everyone was looking for.

Jamie Dornan from "The Falls" is rumoured to be the star eyed for the part of Christian Grey. Yet, for Director Oliver Stone, there is only one actor that comes to mind as suitable to play the 27-year old billionaire. It would be none other than the "Great Gatsby" star, Leonardo DiCaprio.

"He'd make a fortune," said Stone in his interview with The Wall Street Journal.

Well, Leo would certainly fit the bill but he'd be a bit too expensive for the part. According to reports, the lead star of "Fifty Shades" would only be paid $125,000 which isn't much after tax and managerial fee is taken out.

Aside from the amount of money involved, Leonardo DiCaprio is a well-known celebrity. Producers only have eyes out for actors who are still under the radar for the part of Christian Grey. As of late, aside from Jamie Dornan, four other stars have been added to the list of potential Grey's namely Christian Cooke, Francois Arnaud, Billy Magnussen and Luke Bracey.

If the producers fail to search for a suitable Christian Grey, they could hire Josh Henderson from "Dallas" for the part. Henderson was quite willing and not to mention desperate to be Christian Grey in the film. As for Leonardo DiCaprio, the "Gatsby" star has a long shot from getting cast in the film.
