“Fifty Shades Darker” is all set for release next month. As the wait draws near, Dakota Johnson (Anastasia "Ana" Rose Steele) has teased fans about what it was like to film the movie's R-rated sex scenes with Jamie Dornan and what should be expected from the second movie. Johnson dishes it is purely about performance.

The actress described doing the steamy scenes as very honest and very trusting. She said there are no inhibitions, no makeup and no clothes to tell a bit about the story. There was even no jewellery to reflect social status. “So it becomes purely about the performance,” Johnson told Vogue in its February 2017 issue.

Johnson commented that nudity is interesting for an actor. She has explained that what made the shoots honest is because she and Doran have worked so incredibly closely for so long.

As for being naked, Johnson said she does not want to see someone with a bra and underwear in a sex scene. She pointed that people are naked when involved in a sexual intercourse. Whether or not she will stop doing nude scenes when her boobs start sagging, Johnson said doesn’t know.

Moreover, the “How to Be Single” actress has clarified that she is not embarrassed by her role in the film.“I'm truly proud of it. It's a cool story, and I think it's different, and different is what I'm about,” she said.

Johnson said it is actually something that is very interesting for her. She has been in a phase in her life when she was fascinated by young women coming to terms with their sexuality and she experienced it herself too.

Fans will finally witness Johnson and Dornan’s sizzling scenes in the big screens in a few weeks. “Fifty Shades Darker” is slated to hit Australian theatres on Feb. 9.
