Days after launch, “Fallout 4” has been generating a lot of fans from hype, it even beat “Grand Theft Auto V” for having the most concurrent players on Steam. As the game is massive and ambitious, it is subjected to several minor bugs and glitches. Along with these bugs, players also discover some exploits that make the game all the more easier for them.

A new exploit has been discovered for “Fallout 4” just days after launch. The exploit allows players to gain an infinite number of the in-game currency in “Fallout 4” called caps. It will be useful especially for players short on caps, as some of the game’s essential items like RadAways and Stimpaks are very expensive for players just starting the game.

There are a ton of videos instructing how the glitch is done, but Game Zone has the full run-down on how to do it. To begin with, players need head to any vendor in Commonwealth. He should have along with him any type of ammo. It is recommended that the ammo to be used in the exploit is something that the player rarely needs.

Once a player has chosen his preferred ammo, he should try to strike a deal with the vendor. He should first select a similar ammo type from the vendor. Basically, if the player chooses to use a .50mm ammo for the glitch, he should look for a vendor who is selling the same ammo. The player then needs to buy all of the ammo, but he should not finalize the deal by using the “accept ” command. Instead, the player needs to sell back one piece of the ammo to the vendor.

After reselling one ammo, the player needs to look at his inventory again. This time, he needs to sell all of the ammo. If one piece of the ammo remains in the player’s inventory after the transaction, that means that the glitch worked.

That one piece of remaining ammo could then be sold to the vendor continuously and it will not disappear from the player’s inventory The player should then resell this ammo as much as he wants as long as he wants. After that, the player needs to buy back the ammo from the vendor again and again till he owes the player a ton of bottle caps. Once the vendor is deep in debt to the player, the player needs only to buy all the items in the inventory of the vendor then finalise the deal by prompting the “accept” command.

Players should act fast though as Bethesda might fix the glitch, Gamespot reports. The glitch hasn’t been reported to be harmful to the game, but it does lessen the overall experience of “Fallout 4.”
