"Empire" Season 2 is taking a week's break. The Episode 6, titled "A High Hope for a Low Heaven," will air on Nov. 04 in the U.S. The episode will see Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) and Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) putting aside their differences to find Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray). He was kidnapped by a gang of thugs in the previous episode, "Be True."

The Episode 5 of "Empire" Season 2 saw Andre's (Trai Byers) baptism and his return to Empire and taking charge of Gutter Life Records. There was a rare father-son moment between Andre and Lucious. The episode ended with Hakeem’s kidnapping in broad daylight.

The kidnapping of Hakeem will result in Lucious and Cookie putting aside their differences for the sake of their family who need them to work together to stay out of danger, according to Episode 6 of "Empire" Season 2 synopsis. Hakeem will be seen struggling with how to feel and act like a man.

Also the episode will see Jamal (Jussie Smollett) doing his best to get back in the studio and break away from the "gay artist" label. His parents will worry about his safety too, and they will ask him to focus on his singing and stay away from the kidnapping business. Lucious can be seen saying in the promo clip, "you farther away from nyssa better they will take you too." Also Cookie stops him from coming with them.

Meanwhile, there are a lot of speculations about who may have kidnapped Hakeem. There is a possibility that Prosecutor Roxanne Ford (Tyra Ferrell) may have something to do with it. She wants Lucious behind bars at any cost, and she is likely to do anything to ensure that. Ford also had warned Cookie that she will come after her boys if she doesn't help her to nail Lucious.

There is another name that is circulating, and that is of Lucious' lawyer Thirsty Rawlings (Andre Royo). In the previous episode, Rawlings had asked someone to rob Cookie and Hakeem to get all of their demo tapes. Hakeem’s kidnapping might be Rawlings move to hurt Lyon Dynasty.

And, despite the chaos and dangerous turn of events, Cookie will finds some moments of pleasure in the new episode. The promo of "Empire" Season 2 Season 6 shows Cookie kissing the new concert promoter, Laz (Adam Rodriguez). This is likely to makes things steamy between Cookie and Laz, but Lucious feelings may get hurt.
