"Harry Potter" actress Emma Watson is preparing herself as she embarks on a new fantasy.

The 22-year old British actress has revealed in an interview that the film "Beauty and the Beast" which is a big-screen adaptation of the classic fairytale that is being written, directed and produced by Guillermo del Toro is schedule to begin filming next summer.

"The Perks of Being a Wallflower" and "The Bling Ring" actress confirmed that she met with director Guillermo del Toro and has seen his conceptual look for the upcoming project.

"Director del Toro and I met a week or two ago and we started working on the script and it's going to go next summer," Watson revealed in an interview with MTV.

"It's so funny, obviously I've been doing a lot of other work, and I was nervous. I was like, 'Is this going to go away?' And Guillermo is so psyched about it, and he's like been thinking about it so much," the actress further shared.

According to reports, film director Guillermo del Toro is not the only one who is excited about the project. Emma Watson admitted that she too has also been thrilled and nervous at the same time to get started.

"I was like, 'Ah, this is killing me,'" the young beautiful actress said. "I'm very excited," Watson added.

All of Emma Watson's fans should also be excited for this upcoming film of the talented British actress. Meanwhile, this would mean that the proposed summer 2013 start filming date of director Guillermo del Toro's take on the film "Pinocchio" which stars Emma Watson's "Harry Potter" co-star Daniel Radcliffe, will have to be re-scheduled. Guillermo del Toro has now finished the production on his robots and monsters movie "Pacific Rim" with a scheduled release on July 2013.
