At the movie set of "Noah" in the woods of Oyster Bay Long Island, British actress Emma Watson had the scare of her life when she suddenly came across a creepy stalker while working on her upcoming film. The young actress of the "Harry Potter" franchise reportedly recognized the stalker as the man who has been lurking near her house.

Inquisitor.com reports Emma Watson let out a scream of fear after recognizing the stalker that boldly approached her after sneaking in the movie set.

"The man managed to slip on to the set with some visitors and then approached her. She recognized him from hanging around outside her house and screamed," a source told The Sun. "He took off into the woods and was chased by security and a couple of the tough stunt guys who also happen to be martial arts fighters. They caught up with him in the woods. Police were called and he was removed by security. It was really creepy. Emma was really shaken up and was given some time to compose herself," the source further shared.

However, the unidentified stalker was not apprehended by the police and was later on let go after giving a word of warning about his trespassing violation. The 22-year-old actress may have been unscathed from the incident yet it does not give her any safety assurance that the scary stalker encounter will not happen again.

Emma Watson, who portrays the character Ila, stars alongside Russell Crowe and Anthony Hopkins in the upcoming biblical epic film by director Darren Aronofsky. "Noah" is scheduled to be released in theaters in 2014.
