Emma Stone may not have her eye candy, Andrew Garfield, beside her during the 69th Annual Golden Globes last January 15 at Beverly Hills, California but she definitely caused everyone to turn to stone as she stunned and turned heads with her lovely red carpet look.

The 23-year old is set to appear in the upcoming film remake of the "Amazing Spiderman," and starring alongside her is on screen and off screen boyfriend, Andrew Garfield.

Though the "Amazing Spiderman" may not have made an appearance during the Golden Globes, his amazing girlfriend managed to make it on the best-dressed list.

Red head Emma Stone amazed the red carpet crowd with her gorgeous Lanvin gown. The gown's' maroon and dark red hues definitely complemented the actresses' skin tone and critics are saying this is her best look on the red carpet so far. So far, everyone agrees.

"This is my favourite colour of the season, interesting and under-stated at the same time," says a fan, Frankie Parry, on Grazia UK's Facebook page.

Thanks to her impeccable fashion sense and her lovely Lanvin gown, Emma Stone madeit to the list of the Best Dressed Ladies of the Golden Globes 2012. Stone joins the fashionable actresses who also stunned on the red carpet namely Angelina Jolie in her Atelier Versace ivory gown and Tilda Swinton in her Haider Ackermann lilac skirt and jacket.

Also inthe list were the charming Freido Pinto in a teal number from Prada, Natalie Portman minus the baby bump also in Lanvin, Lea Michele in a metallic silver Marchesa gown, Diana Agron in a laser-cut gown by Giles and Evan Rachel Wood in a halter-neck green gown from Gucci. "The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo" Rooney Mara also manages to make a statement with her Nina Ricci dress.

Stone has truly emerged from the teenage girl from "Easy A" to a daring and not to mention beautiful chic actress on the red carpet. Despite not being nominated for this year's Golden Globe, Emma Stone makes it to the red carpet in support of her cast mates from the film "The Help" for which they are nominated under Best Drama Movie.

Too bad that "The Help" lost to "The Descendants" but it still doesn't beat the fact that Stone rocked the red carpet.
