Singer Elton John is set to embark on a five-day tour Down Under in November. This is his 15th tour in Australia which is expected to kick off in Brisbane on November 30.

Organized by Chug Entertainment, Elton John & His Band begins on Wednesday at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on November 30. His group is then scheduled to head south to the iconic Hunter Valley for a performance at Hope Estate on Saturday December 3.

His live performance continues from Hunter Valley to Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday December 6, then to Adelaide for A Night At Coopers Amphitheatre at the Coopers Brewery on Friday December 9. His closing show of the five0date tour will be held at Burswood Dome in Perth at Burswood Dome on Sunday December 11.

"To draw comparisons with Sir Elton John is impossible," The Herald Sun quoted Chugg Entertainment in a statement.

It added: "Artist, altruistic philanthropist, Grammy, Oscar, Tony and BRIT winner, his many accolades have made him an inimitable force in a career spanning five decades, with his versatility and effortless talent showing no sign of slowing down."

For the early birds ticket presales are available for holders of Visa credit, debit or pre-paid cards from 10am on May 16 to 5pm on May 18. And for those who failed to get their tickets on those dates, the general release of concert tickets will go on sale from 9am on May 24 through Ticketek.

The British singer has the following five-date tour for his 15 Australian visit:

  • November 30 - Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
  • December 3 - Hope Estate, NSW Hunter Valley.
  • December 6 - Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena.
  • December 9 - Adelaide's Coopers Brewery Amphitheatre.
  • December 11 - Burswood Dome, Perth.
