While there's obviously no chance that Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez would collaborate with Demi Lovato soon, one other former Disney star just might. After sharing a cryptic tweet and photo on the web, "Lovatics" have come to the conclusion that Demi has collaborated with Nick Jonas.

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas go way back. During Demi's downfall where she had to go to rehab, one of her closest supporters and friends was none other than the youngest member of the Jonas Brothers.

"I ended up having to go through some stuff. Fortunately I have family and friends around me that are very very supportive of me and my recovery and everything I stand for. Nick especially," stated Lovato during a TV interview with an Italian Network, adding, "He's always been there for me. And Selena because she called my crying when I was in there and was just so worried,. I was like, 'Look, I should be the one crying, it's all good!' But she was so worried and ever since then we've gotten closer."

Their friendship has been one of the longest in Demi's books that she's even enlisted the help of Nick during her concert tours. In an interview with MTV, Demi talked about her "Neon Lights" tour where she admitted that 90% of it was mostly Nick Jonas.

"Phil [Demi's manager] and I were going through ideas for the tour and I always want his [Nick's] opinion on stuff cause he knows exactly what he's talking about," stated Lovato. "And he had visions for this tour and he threw out some ideas and they were really good and we just thought 'Why don't you just do the whole tour, please?' so it's turned out amazing and like 90 percent is his work."

Given they've collaborated on film and on Lovato's tour, it's not surprising they'd work on a duet. Yet, it looks as if they've already gone ahead and recorded one. Lovato took to Twitter to post a photo along with a cryptic tweet that stated: "Recorded a KILLER duet today.... Can you guess who it was with?"

While some claim the KILLER was partly a hint at someone else, like Brandon Flowers of The Killers, other claimed the hand belonged to Nick Jonas - partly because of the suit. Early that day, Jonas was promoting his new television show "Kingdom" where he was all suited up.

For now, all fans can do is hope and pray that it is indeed Nick Jonas in the photo.
