'Days of Our Lives' spoilers for May 9 - 13, 2016: Aiden returns to Salem and shocks everyone
In the May 9 to 13, 2016 week of “Days of Our Lives” (“DOOL”), Salemites will be worried about a new deadly virus that plagues their town. Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) also returns, after everyone thought that he died.

On Monday, May 9 , Hope (Kristian Alfonso) will be shocked and confused when Aiden returns, writes Serial Scoop. Aiden will return and explain to Hope about the incidents in the last six months.
On Tuesday, Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) and Claire (Olivia Keegan) will let their emotions out during their conversation. Ciara will be uncertain about her feelings for Theo (Kyler Pettis). Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Fynn’s (Alexander Bruszt) dinner will be interrupted when the former is required at the emergency room. The place will full of patients suffering from a virus causing victims flu-like symptoms.
Aiden will refuse to talk to anyone at the station, except Hope.
Soap Central notes that Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope will be eager to get details about Aiden’s absence. Rafe will particularly want to know how Hope feels about Aiden.
On Wednesday, Aiden will try to make Hope believe him. He will try to convince her that the man who attempted to murder her was an imposter.
At the hospital the virus will prove to be quite serious after one patient dies. The whole town will be worried about how to contain it and if more people will die as a result.
On Thursday’s episode, Kayla will continue to work even though she feels sick from the virus she acquired at the emergency room.
Jade (Paige Searcy) and Joey (James Lastovic) will be at the former’s Aunt Simone’s compound, located in a desert just outside of Los Angeles.
On Friday, Caroline (Peggy McCay) will come across Hope and Rafe at the pub. They will all be concerned about their loved one, writes FullTVShows.
Chad (Billy Flynn) will be crushed after Abigail informs him that she does not want him and Thomas (Rhasaan Orange) to keep visiting her anymore. Aiden will visit Andre (Thaoo Penghlis) a visit shortly after his release.
