In the May 2 to 6, 2016 week of “Days of Our Lives” ("DOOL"), Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will ask Nicole (Arianne Zucker) to be the next CEO of Basic Black. However, Kate (Lauren Koslow) will arrive just in time to hear the news.

On Monday, May 2, Theresa (Jen Lilley) will face Brady (Eric Martsolf) and talk to him about his “hero” complex. According to She Knows Soaps, Brady always seems to be constantly looking for someone to rescue and Theresa wants to share her thoughts with him about it. Kate will walk in the office just as Deimos asks Nicole to become the new CEO of Basic Black. Kate will obviously not take what she just heard well. She will probably confront Deimos about his decision.

On Tuesday, Kate (Abigail Deveraux) will confront Nicole after she discovers how she has a striking resemblance to Helena. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) will tell Caroline (Peggy McCay) and Julie (Susan Hayes) how Deimos poisoned her. Will the two believe her? Deimos might eventually discover what Maggie is saying about him.

On Wednesday’s episode, Serial Scoop adds that Steve (Stephen Nichols) will discover Joey’s (James Lastovic) incarceration and will be furious at Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) for failing to let him know. Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) will let Hope (Kristian Alfonso) know that she wants to exit the house. Chad will try to provide a solution to the conflict.

On Thursday, John (Drake Hogestyn) will provide some comfort to Marlena (Deidre Hall) regarding Eric (John Aniston). JJ (Casey Moss) will be invited to have lunch with the Hernandez family. There will expectedly be more drama as they share a meal together.

On Friday’s episode, Dario and Summer will act as if they are involved, with the aim of covering up Summer’s most recent con job. JJ and Gabi will have a romantic dinner which will be interrupted by someone. Rafe (Galen Gering) will also have a romantic night prepared for Hope.
