'Days of Our Lives' spoilers for April 4 - 8, 2016: Kayla meets Jade for the first time; Showrunners on the lookout for Kate Mansi’s replacement

On Monday, Apr. 4, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Caroline (Peggy McCay) will hurry to Victor’s (John Aniston) bedside, writes Serial Scoop. Does Victor have a huge revelation? Is he in a serious condition?
On Tuesday, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will meet Jade (Paige Searcy) for the first time. She will realize that Joey (James Lastovic) revealed to her all there is to know about Ava (Tamara Braun). Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) will face Chase (Jonathon McClendon) before he will be taken away.
On Wednesday’s episode of “Days of Our Lives,” Kayla will cancel her engagement.
On Friday’s episode, Abigail will get ready to exact her revenge on Ben. The story may focus more on the situation involving Abigail, Ben and Chad. She Knows Soaps writes that Ben has been on the loose, while Abigail kept on imagining seeing Ben everywhere. The two are set to have an intense confrontation in the coming week. Abigail is doing everything she can to protect others from Ben. She might resort to drastic measures to get rid of the former Serial Tie Killer for good.
It was already confirmed by US Weekly that Kate Mansi is leaving “Days of Our Lives” in spring or summer 2016, so there will be a new actress coming in to replace her as Abigail. The showrunners have yet to announce who.
Other possible events in the week of April 4 include Summer and others being concerned about Maggie’s (Suzanne Rogers) condition. They are worried that she might be paralyzed permanently. There will also be some interesting exchanges between Nicole and Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). Nicole might provide some references to Helena, the woman who was the chief cause of the issue between Deimos and Victor several years ago. Some fans speculate that Nicole and Deimos might enter into a relationship soon.
