Andy Grammer and Allison Holker were eliminated from “Dancing With The Stars” ("DWTS") Season 21. The dancing duo did a Viennese waltz to “Isn’t She Lovely” during the “Icon night” theme on Monday. The singer paid tribute to his mother through the dance.

Grammer got emotional and shared that he feels it's his job to make his mom laugh and smile and be her Prince Charming. The pair scored only 22 points. Now, Grammer's pro partner, Holker, can rest till she gives birth in winter, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Meanwhile, Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess performed a contemporary dance to “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by Haley Reinhart. The pair portrayed the former Backstreet Boys singer and his wife Lauren’s one year journey of fertility, which included a miscarriage. Nick picked his wife as his icon.

Judge Bruno Tonioli said that their performance was a love poem perfectly visualised through dance and that the storytelling woven into the choreography was perfect. Even Carrie Ann Inaba got emotional. Carter and Burgess scored three 10s for their routine, the highest of the night, Entertainment Weekly reports. The pair also got immunity, which exempted them from the dance-offs.

Carter’s wife was also in the audience and "DWTS" announced that the pair was having a baby boy.

Meanwhile, Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough as well as Tamar Braxton and her pro partner Val Chemerkovskiy earned 28 points each. While Irwin and Hough opted to Foxtrot to “Grace Kelly” by Mika, Braxton and Chemerkovskiy chose to dance Paso Doble to “Born This Way” by Lady Gaga. Irwin danced despite bruised knees and injured toenails.

During the dance-off, Irwin and Hough chose to go against Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson; the latter did the Jive. The latter walked away with two extra points from the dance-off and earned a total of 29 points. Braxton and Chemerkovskiy chose to go against Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas; the latter chose Cha-Cha. Grammer and Holker were left to go against Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold in a Samba dance.

Irwin, Braxton, Skarlatos and Alexa were safe in week 8, while Carlos and Carson and Grammer and Holker were in jeopardy. In the end Grammer ad Holker were eliminated, Wetpaint reports.

Here’s the complete ranking after week 8:

Nick & Sharna — 30 + 3 (won immunity) = 33

Carlos & Witney — 27 + 2 = 29

Bindi & Derek — 28

Tamar & Val — 28

Alexa & Mark — 25 + 2 = 27

Alek & Lindsay — 25

Andy & Allison — 22 + 2 = 24 (eliminated)
