For some shoppers, Thanksgiving and Black Friday are not enough. According to the National Retail Federation, 126 million holiday shoppers will avail of the best deals, discounts and shipping promotions on Cyber Monday. Retailers may also extend the one-day cyber sale for a week or two to give shoppers more time to shop and choose the best offers.

Shopping on the Internet for best buys may not be that easy but keen shoppers know how to get those discount coupons and deepest discounts, especially for items consumed on a regular basis such as food and health products.
