Carrie Underwood made history at the Wednesday night Country Music Television Awards in Nashville Tennessee. The 32-year-old singer took home three awards at the event, including video of the year for "Something In the Water.” This was her first red carpet appearance since the birth of her son in February.

Underwood now holds thirteen CMT Awards in the award show's history, including six for video of the year. No other artist has won so many CMT awards in the past. This also marked Underwood's fourth consecutive victory for video of the year award.

Underwood was nominated in five categories and also won a collaborative video of the year for "Somethin' Bad" with Miranda Lambert. She earned two nominations for both video of the year and female video of the year. She also gave a stunning performance with Lambert on their song “Somethin' Bad.”

The singer was overwhelmed when she was presented the awards by action man Arnold Schwarzenegger. "This is my first awards show since little Isaiah has been in the world," said Underwood, according to the Associated Press. "I'm sure he's napping on the bus right now, but I should definitely say that he has already inspired me so much as well as has my husband, Mike."

Underwood and her NHL husband Mike Fisher welcomed their first child, Isaiah Michael Fisher, back in February. The songstress looked stunning in a white, full-sleeve, body hugging dress which showed off her incredible post-baby figure. Fisher accompanied Underwood at the award ceremony.

In an exclusive interview with ET Online, Underwood said that she has been healthy throughout her pregnancy. She gained a little bit more weight than usual but quickly got back into shape afterwards. She said she makes “workouts happen wherever they need to happen.” Her best time to indulge in “real quick” workout is when her newborn son Isaiah is taking a nap.
