A few known faces were spotted in the finale of the 2014 Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in London. The finale of the season-ending tournament in men's tour was held at the O2 Arena on Nov. 16. Finalist Roger Federer had to pull out from the finals match against Novak Djokovic due to back spasm. Nonetheless, the celebrities and the crowd were entertained by an exhibition match featuring their very own Andy Murray and other tennis legends, such as John McEnroe, Tim Henman, and Pat Cash.

Hugh Grant, Sir Ian McKellen, and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho were seen watching the arranged exhibition match between Murray and Djokovic, Mail Online reports. The British webloid has obtained snaps of these celebrities as they watched the action courtside at the O2 Arena. Grant and Mourinho, who were also in attendance at the O2 Arena on Nov. 13 during the round-robin match between Federer and Murray, were sitting in the same box.

As it happened, Federer withdrew from the match due to a back injury that he sustained when he played against fellow compatriot Stan Wawrinka in the semifinals on Nov. 15. Federer addressed the crowd and said that it would be too risky to play at his age. He added that he tried the best that he could to make himself feel better, but painkillers didn't do their job.

Federer also posted a statement on his Facebook page. "It's been an extremely difficult decision because I love playing in London, and the ATP World Tour Finals have been an absolute highlight of my career," Federer wrote. "Unfortunately, my back problem does not allow me to play right now; I hope all tennis fans and those involved in the event will understand."

Djokovic, on the other hand, wasn't too thrilled of his victory, Mail Online reports. He said it wasn't the way that he wanted to win. Nonetheless, the Serb wished that Federer would be able to recover soon. He put on a good show to entertain the crowd in his match against Murray. Djokovic won, 8-5. The Serb is a four-time champion, while Federer is a six-time champion at the ATP Finals.
