Before "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" was released, there have been talks that zombies will be featured in the game in some way. Now that some players have already started playing the title, sightings of zombies as Easter eggs have also been reported.

In one report, it appears that the zombie mode will be made possible for "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare." Forbes reports that this was confirmed via GameStop, which stated that there will be an upcoming zombies mode. The catch is that you will need to buy the $50 season pass DLC, where you will also get the five maps at the start of the title, the maps following the launch and the zombies mode.

Considering the price tag for the DLC, the report also emphasizes that fans are not very pleased, especially since the gameplay mode has not just been put into a DLC map but also priced to double what the game will usually cost. Overall, however, there is still no word as to what the zombie mode will bring. The most that fans know is that it was part of a leak from before, but even Sledgehammer Games has not detailed what can be expected of the mode.

But another report points out a way to unlock a zombie character skin even without the "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" season pass. Good Game Bro has an easy guide to accomplishing this, starting with going in the Exo-Survival mode. Then you need to either make sure that you have a friend who has already unlocked the Tier 4 maps or you will have to unlock it yourself.

After this, battle 10 waves on the Riot map, where upon finishing, you'll get the zombie EXO suit. Expect a cutscene after finishing the 10 waves because at the end of it, you'll also receive some items that will allow you to dress up your character in the multiplayer. This is only a consolation for those who may still want the $50 DLC season pass, but it's a start towards having a zombie character.

But even before you start playing and getting the multiplayer zombie character, Xbox One players should be wary of an update that may come up once they are preloading "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare." A report from Gearnuke states that after downloading the full game, you may come across a game update that you have to exercise caution with.

According to the report, the update will wipe out the game you've installed and then start downloading "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" once more. A couple of player were unfortunate enough to encounter this issue and were forced to restart their download. So far, it has been pinpointed that most of the cases happened to Xbox One users who opted in on the Xbox Update Preview Program. In the meantime, no permanent fix has been delivered by the developer as of now.

This issue was also spotted for PS4 players, though according to Gamespot, a workaround has already been given by Sony. What you need to do is delete and redownload the game.
