Nick Viall, who will star on US network ABC’s “The Bachelor” season 21, has definitely not escaped the drama from his past -- franchise-related or otherwise. The 36-year-old reportedly hooked up with one of the current contestants and never called her afterwards before filming even started.

"During the first day of taping, all of the girls came out, and he actually had slept with one of them at a wedding,” a source told Us Magazine. “And [he] never called her again.”

While the two reportedly remember each other, neither of them acknowledged their sexual past during their reunion on set. It is unclear at this point whether or not the issue is eventually addressed in private, or if Nick refuses to give the woman a second chance.

Nick had oddly enough told producers that did not want anyone whom he had previously been with on the show, apparently thinking that it would just be “a waste of a person being there.” Nevertheless, “The Bachelor” looks to be in good company, as Life & Style Magazine obtained photos of Nick in the arms of a contestant named Vanessa.

On the one-on-one date, which was filmed on Oct. 1, Nick and Vanessa had a Zero Gravity Experience at Long Beach Airport in California. Considering that the date was just a week after “The Bachelor” began shooting, the brunette beauty seems to be definitely in the running for the final rose.

“They looked totally in love,” an eyewitness said. “They were acting like a couple on their honeymoon.”

Except for one awkward moment when Vanessa got nauseous and sick, the two apparently had a great time together. They even shared a few passionate kisses on the plane before the incident occurred. “They were so affectionate,” the witness added. “I’d be surprised if she isn’t the front-runner.”

Nick Viall was previously on the “Bachelor In Paradise” season 3, as well as Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe’s seasons of “The Bachelorette.” Nick's season of “The Bachelor” will premiere in January 2017 on ABC.
