Known as Thor in the Marvel Studios films Thor (2011), Chris Hemsworth is born and raised in Australia where he started his career as an actor. This year he made a lot of noise when he starred in two of Hollywood's blockbusters, Ron Howard's Rush and reprised his role as Thor, in the sequel Thor: The Dark World. The second instalment of Thor generated over $504 million on total box office sales worldwide, three weeks since its first international release. Thor 2 surpassed not only its first movie but also blockbusters like Captain America, Iron Man and Iron Man 2. Way to go Chris!

Isla Fisher

Born to Scottish parent in Oman and raised in Australia, Isla Fisher is known for her role in Wedding Crashers (2005), Definitely, Maybe (2008), Confession of a Shopaholic (2009) and Rango (2011). For this year, Isla starred as Henley reeves in "Now You See Me" and Myrtle Wilson in Baz Luhrmann's "The Great Gatsby." An Adaptation of F.
