Hamilton Reach, the latest project from diversified property group Australand, has struck a chord with buyers with more than 40% of the first release sold since its launch in April this year.

A total of 32 apartments have been snapped up off-the-plan by buyers for a total of $22 million in the first stage Watermarque, which consists of 78 residential apartments across two five storey buildings.

Australand’s Queensland Residential Division General Manager, Richard Fulcher said it is extremely encouraging to see this level of interest in Hamilton Reach.

“Buyers have been drawn to the project due to its lower density and have instantly fallen in love with the surrounding park and river frontage – this is a unique combination for the area,” he said.

Designed as a smaller residential enclave that is spaced out over a number of low to medium density buildings to give owners a sense of space and provide a strong connection to the river, Hamilton Reach is attracting a wide variety of buyers including both investors and owner occupiers.

First release sales include the unconditional sale of two spacious three bedroom apartments for $1.4 million each and the spectacular top floor penthouse for $1.5 million.

Hamilton Reach is strategically located within proximity to the central business district, transport links, and existing entertainment and dining precincts at Portside Wharf and Racecourse Road.
