After allegedly having her ex-partner killed by two male accomplices, a 41-year-old woman threw the man's body from a cliff and made love to her current lover in a nearby secluded sport in Kyneton. Then they drove back to Preston.

The accused, Robyn Lindholm, a stripper, appeared on Monday at her trial before the Melbourne Magistrate's court.

Her co-accused in the death of Wayne Amey, her former partner and owner of a gym in Hawthorn, are Torsten Trabert, her current lover, and John Ryan. She actually sought the help of two other men to kill Amey, but they refused and alerted the Frankston police about her plan.

Lindholm met with Trabert and Ryan on Dec 10 to plan the killing of Amey who was in a property settlement dispute with Lindholm. The couple by then had separated.

Travert and Ryan allegedly attacked Amey with a baseball bat in his Hawthorn apartment car park and placed him in the car's boot. Because he kept on yelling, the pair stabbed him in the chest several times and then brought him to Lindholm's house in Preston.

On Dec 12, the three drove to the peak of Mount Korong in central Victoria and threw Amey's corpse between two large boulders in a remote bushland then covered his body with rocks and sticks.

And just like in TV and movie crime thrillers, it was right after dumping the body of Amey - who died from multiple injuries such as stab wounds, fractured ribs and neck injuries - that Lindholm and Trabert had passionate sex.

After his arrest, Trabert admitted they attacked Amey to prevent him from attending the court settlement hearing scheduled on Dec 11 by using a baseball bat and a taser.

Lindholm, whom Ryan noted was sitting on Trabert's lap while they were driving up Mt Korong, denied being involved in the death of her ex-partner after she was arrested.
