Atletico Madrid midfielder Tiago is looking forward facing his former manager Jose Mourinho and his some of his old teammates in their upcoming clash with Chelsea on Wednesday at Stamford Bridge.

Tiago, who won the Premier League title along with John Terry, Frank Lampard and Peter Cech in Mourinho's first spell with the Blues, admitted that he's a bit excited to be back on his former turf, but the ghost of the past won't stop him from helping Atletico Madrid to reach the UEFA Champions League final.

"It was a great year at Chelsea, unforgettable, with same boss and some teammates. Of course it is a very special game for me, but it is a Champions League semifinal. I see Lisbon already close, also a stadium I know very well, where I had some great moments, but I cannot get distracted yet because tomorrow will be very difficult. So I must focus on what I have to do, and if selected play my best," Tiago said in the press-conference on ESPN FC.
