Many players are already embracing their inner assassin as "Assassin's Creed Unity" debuts in the U.S. However, it seems that the title is not living up to the expectations of those on the PS4, Xbox One and even PC consoles.

First reported in Dealspwn, the first sighted issue involved the PS4 version of the title. Some of the complaints include glitchiness, inconsistency in the game items and even patchy rewards and responsiveness. What could be worse here is the fact that even those on the PC GeForce cards, the users can't play the game fluidly. This simple problem may not be so simple, especially when taking into account the frame rate issues are the most horrible of the complaints.

The problem, however, was far from being a PS4 exclusive issue, seeing the many fans that have also reported complaints for those that will be past week. NowGamer has also spotted proof from a Redditor fan that the Xbox One is suffering from the same issues.

"I would like to warn anyone thing about buying this game. I got it with my Xbox bundle. I just started it, and it runs sub 30 frames per second constantly I would advise to wait until it's fixed or not buy it at all. It is practically unplayable," said Redditor thewouldbeking as quoted by NowGamer.

And this comes after the fact that "Assassin's Creed Unity" is already making use of the full power of next-gen consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One. Gamespot reports that game director Alex Amancio explained in an interview that they have made this game exclusively for the next-gen consoles, and that it would not have worked for last-gen gaming devices.

All issues aside, the version on the PC is something worth noting for "Assassin's Creed Unity" as this is a supposedly new version compared to what was used in last year's "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag." GeForce has released the details on what awaits players on the PC: a more definitive experience thanks to the effects on NVIDIA GameWorks.

Starting with the system requirements, which are basically higher than normal given that the actual system that was used in creating "Assassin's Creed Unity" has already gone beyond the limits dealt with last-gen constraints. The recommended system requirements are as follows:

- Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.4 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz or better

- Memory: 8GB or more

- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 with 3GB VRAM

What's interesting is that the AnvilNext Engine, which is said to be the graphics engine that received a boost from last year's title, has had even more upgrades for "Assassin's Creed Unity." According to GeForce, the upgrade involves Physically Based Rendering. This allows objects and surfaces to basically be more realistic when exposed to lighting, shading and shadowing.
