“America’s Next Top Model” ("ANTM") Cycle 22 winner and “Switched at Birth” actor Nyle DiMarco is currently in Australia. The deaf model and actor is set to have a meet-and-greet with his fans at the Move store in the Macquarie Centre on Wednesday.

DiMarco took to Facebook on Monday to share a photo of himself at the Sydney Opera House. In the caption, he wrote, “Here I am in Sydney, Australia! #OperaHouse.”

In the post, DiMarco did not reveal if his trip to Australia has something to do with his collaboration with The ASL App. He recently told Entertainment Tonight that they just did 150,000 downloads and that he was very proud of the app.

Tyra Banks also told the publication that DiMarco is an amazing model and is currently the most famous deaf person in the world. She noted that the “ANTM” Cycle 22 winner is doing something revolutionary for the deaf community and the hearing community alike.

For Banks, DiMarco is beautiful both on the inside and on the outside. She said the actor and model’s empathy when he was dealing with his fellow models in the “ANTM” house is beautiful.

In the final episode of the “ANTM” Cycle 22, which aired on Dec. 4, Banks declared DiMarco as the winner of the last cycle of the modelling competition show she created. Miss USA 2015 fourth runner-up Mame Adjei finished second and was the last female model standing.

After winning “ANTM” Cycle 22, DiMarco told Out that the most important lesson he learned from Banks over the course of the series is to stand his ground if he believes in something and not allow anyone to tell him otherwise. He said the former supermodel’s statement truly applies to his everyday life.

As a model, DiMarco said that the photographer who encouraged him to get into fashion was Tate Tullier, who is also deaf. He said they are great friends and that he owes a lot to the photographer for believing in him.
