Angelina Jolie arrived in a private jet to Bosnia together with her three children as she is honored at the 18th Sarajevo Film Festival.

After she tackled the 1992-1995 Bosnian war on her directorial debut, "In the Land of Blood and Honey," Angelina Jolie arrived last Saturday in Bosnia and was awarded as honorary citizen as well as recognition for her film.

The actress who is in the middle of shooting her new movie "Maleficent" arrived in a private jet together with Pax, Zahara and Shiloh. Angelina became tearful after she received the award from the Sarajevo Film Festival officials.

"This means so much to me. My heart is in this city," Jolie said. "It was the hardest thing I have ever done because of my deep respect for the people that really experienced it. The experience here was so unique for me that I felt very connected to the people."

But Jolie, who has used her fame to drawing attention for humanitarian cause said that she is hesitant to embark again in another film, talking about the conflicts in Afghanistan.

"I have been writing and I'd love to try at some point to direct another film. I would like to try to learn about countries like Afghanistan but I don't know if I am the best person to make the film about the subject matter," she said. "Unless I felt I was somebody that can really contribute, I don't think I would do it."

It was Angelina's second attendance to the Sarajevo Film Festival which is the largest southern European film event. She also showed support to the Sarajevo Talent Campus program which gives local writers, directors and actors access to further education that could help them enter the international film industry.
