Here’s Angela Miller’s top five performances in videos on Season 12 of American Idol.

Is the teen contestant from Beverly, the same girl to beat as she impressed the judges and wowed the audience since Hollywood week? She continued to choose the right songs and make powerful performances with her powerful voice. Until this week, the second Top Final Four episode of Season 12, American Idol 2013.

The moment Angie decided to audition on Idol, she knew what she wanted - - to be America’s next Idol. “Dream Big,” as her catch phrase says. And she has not stopped since Hollywood week to impress America and the whole world.

She was deemed as the one to beat from the beginning. Often praised for her song choices - - Beyonce’s “I Was Here” (victory song, Top 10) to Jesse J’s “Nobody is Perfect” (Las Vegas Round) to Colton Dixon’s “Never Gone” (Top 20 for Women). She has the looks, the voice, an artist with extra talent, known for being good with her hands playing pianos, and with solid fanbase.

Angie failed to impress the judges this week with her cover of Rihanna’s “Diamonds.” Keith Urban didn’t like her arrangement; Nicki Minaj described it as “bland” and “lackluster,” Randy Jackson said it didn’t go anywhere and had not taken him anywhere, focusing instead on her cute short leather ensemble (rare for head judge to focus on looks) and Mariah Carey, well, did she say anything? After what seemed like an endless blabbers, the singer (J-Lo, please come on over) finally said, “Angie did a wonderful jjob.”

Did she? Does Angie still have what it takes to be the next American Idol? Candice Glover has been a threat to Angie since Top 7 Final performance. Will Candice steal the microphone from her?
