As the clouds in the show clear, it appears that the upcoming episode in “American Horror Story” is going to be one of the show’s scariest ones yet. While the season still has its mysterious elements, it is revealed that the next episode will feature twists that will make the whole show unlike anything it had ever been before.

Spoiler alert! This article contains “American Horror Story” spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens next before the next episode airs.

In the past episode Shelby (Sarah Paulson) and Lee (Angela Bassett) find out that Matt (Cuba Gooding Jr.) had sex with someone in the midst of the woods but his memory is too hazy to recall who, or perhaps what that was. Later on, it turns out that Matt had sex with Lady Gaga’s unnamed character. Shelby gets fuming and tries to chase her but ends up running into Bridget, Miranda and Piggy Man. As the episode ends, Ambrose (Wes Bentley) and the Butcher (Kathy Bates) murder Cricket (Leslie Jordan).

FX News Call writes that the fifth episode will feature more of Pig Man. In the teaser which was recently released, a bloody Butcher is seen in a ritual who tells everyone that the land is his. It also seems that Pig Man will also have a more visible and larger role in this upcoming episode since he will be later seen carrying a weapon around. In another scene, Ambrose is seen punching a hole in the door which creeps out Matt and Shelby. It also appears that Lagy Gaga’s character will be taking advantage of the tension between Sheby and Matt to do with what she pleases, which is not yet clear at this moment.

There is an interesting theory about this season that every episode is meant to be a tribute to another season in the show. Earlier, there had been a mention of Dandy Mott’s ancestors who are all from “Freak Show. In the upcoming episode, there could be very visible references to “Hotel,” but this might end up more confusing than it is entertaining.

Season 6 of “American Horror Story” airs every Wednesday on FX. It also airs on the TEN Channel in Australia.
