The Age Good Food Month presented by Citi is happening from Nov. 1 to 30, 2015 in Victoria, Australia. The huge event highlights several of the country’s top chefs and culinary creations in a variety of events and settings.

The Age Good Food Month will feature everything related to food, such as famous chefs from around the globe, the legendary Night Noodle Markets and many three hat restaurants, pubs and bars. There will be more than 240 events happening across the city of Melbourne and regional Victoria. Both locals and guests can participate in the feast and experience a wide array of tastings, masterclasses and dining pleasures.

Some of the must-witness events include the Eclade de Moyle on Nov. 15, which showcases Tasmania’s most popular chef and the most unique brewers and mussels in the city. On Nov. 22, people can join “Step Up to the Plate,” which includes a special dinner and movie. On Nov. 26, Ice Cream Social will gather many ice cream masters who created Gelato Messina and New York’s Big Gay Ice Cream. On Nov. 28 and 29, Sweetfest will feature various iced, dusted, baked and creamed goods. Sweet-tooths will definitely enjoy the many treats and desserts from the marketplace as well as a masterclass demo.

The Night Noodle Markets will be set up from Nov. 12 to 29. There will be more noodles, lights and fun in 2015 along the banks of the Birrarang Marr and Yarra. A total of 56 stalls, three bars and the special Citi Concierge will be ready in the Citi VIP dining area. Visitors can find classic favourites, such as Red Spice Road, Longgrain, Wonderbao and Hoy Pinoy, as well as innovative flavours from dumpling masters. One celebrity chef gracing the venue will include Diego Munoz of Astrid y Gaston, who will serve Peruvian Japanese food at the Lady Carolina setup.

The Age Good Food Month is the biggest food festival in the world. Lord Mayor Robert Doyle stated that Melbourne is the place for serious foodies who wish to experience a variety of delectable treats and courses. Bookings and transportation options are available online.
