Two stars who are obviously not shy in flaunting their bodies in public were repeatedly seen nowadays sporting more toned figures. For instance, Kim Kardashian famous for her curves looks a lot slimmer now.

Kim has gone through the extra mile by not only working out but by giving up several food indulgences such as pizza, fries and burgers. Her diet consists of wholesome foods like lean meat, vegetable, salads and fruits.

"For the last six weeks, she's cut out all gluten, sugar, dairy and is mostly eating steamed fish or chicken, vegetables and salad, plus two fruits a day," a source told OK! magazine. "She makes sure she eats every few hours so her metabolism is constantly burning fat."

Jay Chavez, a top Hollywood trainer says that it's possible to lose 10 pounds in Kim's diet. He stressed that the main key is to remove all processed food.

Another of Hollywood's famous is Miley Cyrus who has been photographed in and out of her Yoga classes for the past weeks.

"She's been going to classes a couple of times a week. She's walking taller, and her posture's improved and she's got incredible tone in her tummy now," an insider shares.

Apart from her workouts, Miley is under a restrictive gluten-free diet. She slammed allegations of being anorexic on her Twitter account saying that she is allergic to gluten and lactose which explains why she's become thinner in her recent pictures. Miley has faced criticism among nutritionists and dieticians that the kind of diet she is under may be extremely harmful to an individual if he or she is not genuinely allergic to gluten.
