“The Voice” coach Adam Levine decided to do his “Blind Auditions” on the Monday night episode of “The Voice” Season 8. The lead vocalist of pop-rock band Maroon 5 sang Elton John’s song titled “Tiny Dancer” and got the approval from his fellow coaches.

The video, which was shared on YouTube on Monday, March 2, begins with Adam Levine walking to the stage to greet a contestant and then asking if he could do a blind audition as a challenge. “Finally, Adam Levine fulfills his dream of blind auditioning for The Voice, turning some chairs with his take on Elton John's ‘Tiny Dancer’,” the video description reads.

“I’m so terrified,” Levine whispered as the stage lights turned dark. Fellow coach Christina Aguilera was the first to turn around after hearing Adam Levine’s version of “Tiny Dancer.”

The other “The Voice” coaches Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams also turned around as Adam Levine continued to sing. “Come on, Adam, don’t be a hold out,” Levine stated.

Pharrell Williams stood up to press the “I Want You” button on Adam Levine’s chair. After his performance, Adam Levine thanked the cheering audience declared that he needs to pick a coach.

The 35-year-old singer-songwriter followed his gut and joined “Team Christina.” In her commentary as Adam’s coach, Christina Aguilera claimed that she can take Adam Levine to the very end but they have to work together on some things.

Christina Aguilera, 34, thinks there are a couple of potential things that need tweaking and fine-tuning but she can surely handle those things as Adam Levine’s coach. “They turned around!” Levine exclaimed.

However, country singer Blake Shelton claimed that all of the performances that the coaches saw in “The Voice” Season 8 “Blind Auditions” were great except for one. According to Blake Shelton, a guy named Adam Levine felt the need to audition for “The Voice” Season 8.

The country singer further added that he only hit his button because he “wanted to see what the freak looked like.” Click HERE to watch Adam Levine’s Blind Audition for “The Voice” Season 8.
