2015 Nissan Micra makes its very first appearance at the Montreal Auto Show on Jan. 17. The car is set to start a new era for Canadian customers to enjoy unbeatable value for their money.

The car boasts of the collaboration of European styling and Japanese quality. More attention will be given to detailing while customers can expect more value for smaller cars. The auto show will be held Jan. 17-25.

According to Nissan Canada President Christian Meunier, the new Micra will revolutionize the "automotive landscape." There will be "impressive agility", "great visibility" and "excellent turning radius." He added the card was designed especially for Canadians. Micra offers a small yet spacious car with fuel efficiency at a great price. It comes in three different models: Micra S, SV and SR. The individual models will come with either four-speed automatic transmission or five-speed manual transmission. In addition, each model is empowered with Twin CVTC and 1.6-litre DOHC 4-cylinder engine with dual fuel injection.

Nissan has not yet revealed its plans to launch the car in the U.S. but it has extensively prepared itself for Canada. Canadian customers can enjoy heated mirrors outside and rear heater ducts which will provide backseat toes warmth.

According to Meunier, Micra will be considered a true Canadian car. He claimed this had been meticulously tested in Montreal itself to suit Canadian driving conditions. He noted Micra was ready for Canada as much as the country was ready for the car.

In addition to Micra, it is going to be an excellent opportunity for Canadian enthusiasts to witness the highest selling vehicle in the world that runs purely on electric, Nissan LEAF. People can visit CAA's EV Ride and Drive event held at the Palais de Congres, Hall Vigor from Jan. 16 to Jan. 27.
