"90 Day Fiancé" star Stephanie Matto is quitting her "fart jar" business after she was hospitalized.

Matto, 31, claimed on TikTok to have been making up to $45,000 a week selling jars of her farts. However, her recent health scare has forced her to change her business plan.

In an interview with content-sourcing agency Jam Press, she opened up about her recent hospitalization that she claims was the result of her steady diet of gas-inducing beans and eggs. She said she initially thought she was having a stroke or heart attack and that these would be her final moments.

"I was overdoing it," she told the outlet via New York Post. "I could tell that something was not right that evening when I was lying in bed and I could feel a pressure in my stomach moving upward. It was quite hard to breathe, and every time I tried to breathe in, I’d feel a pinching sensation around my heart."

Matto continued, "And that, of course, made my anxiety escalate. I actually called my friend and asked if they could come over to drive me to the hospital because I thought I was experiencing a heart attack."

The reality star then said she was informed that she wasn't experiencing a heart attack but rather "very intense gas pains," adding that she didn't tell doctors about her gig.

According to Matto, she was advised by doctors to change her diet and take gas suppressant medication, which she said "has effectively ended" her fart-selling business.

The self-proclaimed "fartrepreneuer" explained that she initially launched her sideline "on a whim" after getting requests. However, demand ended up being so high that she was squeezing out up to 50 jars' worth of farts in a week.

Matto admitted that the popularity of her fart jars shocked her, sharing that she "could not believe" how many were willing to pay for it.

Matto wanted to deliver and ate mostly protein muffins, shakes and hard-boiled eggs. She also consumed black-bean salad, onion and ham-and-pepper omelets and even added protein shakes to her diet to make her farts more pungent.

In a post on Instagram Tuesday, Matto announced that she was changing her business plan by switching to NFTs.

"So by now you may have 'caught wind' that I am retiring from the fart jar business soon and branching out into the digital world of NFTs!" she wrote. "My NFT fart jar collection has launched and is available to mint on fartjarsnft.com & opensea!"

Matto also said she will donate a portion of her income to a charity that supports gastric disorders. She reportedly made around $200,000 in sales before announcing her retirement.
