Wrapping up the seventh season of “Sons of Anarchy” is bitter sweet for lead actor Charlie Hunnam after playing SAMCRO’s Jax Teller for seven years. Now gearing up for more project in the big screen, Hunnam is now one of the most sought-after actors for lead roles with new movies lining up for him.

“The kind of sweet side of it is that this has really dictated the whole rhythm of my life for the last seven years,” Hunnam told Huffington Post. “So I’m kind of excited to get back to more of a gypsy way of life than a regimented routine that I’ve gotten used to. But you know, this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.”

Sad to say goodbye to his character, the 34-year-old star admitted that he loves playing Jax Teller but it feels like it’s time to let go as he explore that things that could come out from the show. “Sons of Anarchy” wrapped up its final season in December with Jax Teller sacrificing himself for SAMCRO and for the future of his sons, Thomas and Abel.

He also admitted that he will miss riding home together with his co-stars Tommy Flanagan (Chibs) and Mark Boone Junior (Bobby) after decompressing a day of shooting. Hunnam considered the two actors like his brothers as the three of them bonded over motorcycles and the love of acting.

The Hollywood hunk owns two bikes but mainly ride a Harley Dyna, the same bike that he used in the show. Built for speed and comfort, Hunnam revealed that Harley Dyna is the fastest bike of the brand and the reason why most outlaws preferred to ride.

The actor is currently working in two independent films and hopes to have it set and made. He has also two films in development and hopes to reprise his role in Guillermo del Toro’s “Pacific Rim 2.”

Meanwhile, “Sons of Anarchy” series creator Kurt Sutter is set to begin the production of his new medieval drama show “The Bastard Executioner.” Katey Sagal (Gemma Teller) and Timothy V Murphy (Galan O’Shay), Hunnam’s SOA co-stars, are joining Sutter for the second time around with Sagal playing Annora of the Alders and Murphy as Father Ruskin.
