Even though six teams have a bye, there are plenty of strong survivor pool options in Week 7. Every favorite is laying at least three points. The schedule features three betting lines north of nine points, including two of the biggest point spreads of the entire 2021 NFL season.

Here’s a ranking of the top-10 survivor pool picks for Week 7:

1) Arizona Cardinals (vs. Houston Texans)

Houston’s Week 1 victory might end up being its only win of the season. The Texans have been outscored by 96 points in five straight losses. Things are unlikely to get better against Arizona, the NFL’s only undefeated team.

2) Los Angeles Rams (vs. Detroit Lions)

The Lions are the league’s only winless team. Dating back to last season, Detroit’s losing streak is up to 10 games. Los Angeles’ only defeat came at the hands of Arizona. The Rams' defense will exploit former quarterback Jared Goff’s weaknesses.

3) Green Bay Packers (vs. Washington Football Team)

Washington’s two victories have been nail-biters against teams with losing records. The Saints, Bills and Chiefs have beaten Washington by a combined 51 points over the last four weeks. It should be a similar story in Green Bay. The Packers are on a five-game winning streak.

4) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. Chicago Bears)

Don’t expect a repeat of last season’s matchup in Chicago, which saw the Bears upset the Bucs. Since that meeting, Tom Brady has led Tampa Bay to a 17-4 record. Because they played on "Thursday Night Football," the Bucs have an additional three days to prepare for Chicago’s offense, which ranks dead last in the NFL.

5) New England Patriots (vs. New York Jets)

It was only a few weeks ago that the Patriots went on the road and beat the Jets 25-6. Bill Belichick’s defense continued its dominance against rookie quarterbacks, picking off Zach Wilson four times. Wilson has completed just 55.8% of his passes away from home.

6) Baltimore Ravens (vs. Cincinnati Bengals)

Cincinnati has yet to beat a team with a winning record. The Bengals have gone 4-2 against a soft schedule, taking advantage of opponents who have trouble moving the ball. Lamar Jackson and Baltimore’s top-five offense will give Cincinnati a dose of reality and show that they are the best team in the AFC North.

7) New Orleans Saints (at Seattle Seahawks)

In their first game without Russell Wilson, the Seahawks pushed the Steelers to overtime on the strength of a dominant run game. That won’t be the case against the Saints, who give up an NFL-best 3.3 yards per carry. Jameis Winston gives New Orleans a significant quarterback advantage against Geno Smith and Seattle.

8) Las Vegas Raiders (vs. Philadelphia Eagles)

The Raiders didn’t seem fazed by Jon Gruden’s resignation, winning in Denver 34-24 less than a week after the head coach stepped down. Las Vegas ended a two-game losing streak, during which its offense underperformed. The Eagles are 0-3 against teams with winning records.

9) Carolina Panthers (at New York Giants)

There probably won’t be a better opportunity in the remainder of the season to use Carolina in a survivor pool. The Panthers’ defense thrives against mediocre opponents, and injuries have decimated the Giants’ offense. New York has been held to 14 points or fewer in all three home games.

10) Kansas City Chiefs (at Tennessee Titans)

Kansas City might rattle off several wins in a row now that its schedule is getting easier. Tennessee isn’t equipped to slow down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense, though Kansas City also has one of the NFL’s worst defenses.
