National Brother's Day is marked annually on May 24, a celebration of the bond you share with your sibling. On this day, call your brother and tell him you love him or spend some quality time with him.

This occasion is to honor their efforts, responsibilities, sacrifice and affection. The unofficial holiday is not only celebrated in the U.S. but also in Russia, Australia, France, Germany and many other countries. The day was first marked in 2005 and was organized by Alabama-based C. Daniel Rhodes, according to National Today.
