K-pop group Stray Kids has postponed two of its U.S. shows after three of its members tested positive for COVID-19.

Members of the eight-piece act had successful performances in Newark on June 29 and in Chicago on July 1 for the U.S. leg of its "Maniac" world tour. However, Lee Know, Felix and I.N were diagnosed with the disease Saturday. This has forced the boy band to put its Atlanta and Fort Worth concerts, which were scheduled for Sunday and Wednesday, respectively, on hold.

The group's entertainment label, JYP Entertainment, and concert producer, Live Nation, explained in a joint statement that the group members and the crew use self-testing kits prior to every engagement in the U.S. They also disclosed that Felix, Lee Know and I.N got positive results on their testing kits Saturday, adding that the three members were immediately taken to a hospital for PCR tests, which eventually confirmed their COVID-19 diagnosis.

"All Stray Kids members have received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and have each been using single rooms. Lee Know, Felix and I.N are currently not presenting any symptoms and are quarantined in accordance with the United States and CDC guidelines," the joint announcement noted further.

Meanwhile, all the other members of the group and their crew tested negative for the coronavirus.

"We ask for STAY's (Stray Kids fandom) understanding as STAY are the ones who have been most eagerly waiting for the concerts. We will provide more details regarding the new dates for these shows as soon as possible," the concert organizers said.

The group commenced its "Maniac" world tour in Seoul, Korea, in April before flying to Japan and the U.S. last month for the continuation of its second world tour. Its return to the U.S. was met with so much enthusiasm from loyal fans who have been truly ecstatic to see the members of the hottest fourth-generation boy band in person.

Last week, Stray Kids supporters expressed concern for 24-year-old Lee Know who seemed exhausted during the Newark show. Some fans even said they saw the K-pop idol faint while others noticed he appeared dizzy and shaking during the concert.
