T-Mobile Jump! On Demand Trade-in for iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus

T-Mobile has announced a new trade-in program for its customers on Jump! On Demand. It allows users to avail the new iPhone 6S by trading their old iPhones for as low as $5 per month.

John Legere, the CEO of T-Mobile has revealed the new trade-in program for availing the new iPhone 6S through a series of tweet. Here is official press release of the T-Mobile’s trade-in program for availing the new iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus. It lets the users to purchase the 16 GB iPhone 6S for only $5 per month, by trading smartphones like the iPhone 6, the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5 in working condition.

By trading old smartphones like the iPhone 5S, the Samsung Galaxy Note, the Galaxy Note Edge, the Galaxy S5, users can get the 16 GB iPhone 6S for $10 per month. Trading older models will also allow users to buy the entry-level iPhone 6S for $15 per month. People who have already preordered the iPhone 6S are also eligible to make the most of the new trade-in program from T-Mobile.

Users who wish to purchase the 64 GB and 128 GB editions of the iPhone 6S will have to spend more. However, the exact details for the higher storage variants have not been revealed. The Jump! On Demand program from T-Mobile allows users to upgrade to up three next generation smartphones from different brands per year.

Without the trade-in offer, the Magenta carrier is offering the 16 GB variant with a monthly payment of $27.08.It means that users will end up a total of $324.96 by end of a year. However, through the new trade-in program, a user will be spending only $60 per year assuming that he trades the iPhone 6, 9 to 5 Mac reported.

T-Mobile has launched its new trade-in offer to rival Apple’s iPhone Upgrade Program that allows users to own new iPhone every year. For the 16 GB iPhone 5S, users will have to spend $32.41 per month, for the 32 GB variant, users will have to pay $36.58 and to avail the 128 GB variant, customers will have to pay monthly payments of $40.75.

The iPhone Upgrade Program allows users to return their iPhone 6S after 12 months and get a newer iPhone. The program is also available on all three storage variants of the iPhone 6S Plus. The upgrade program also includes AppleCare+ service for up two accidental damages to the handset.
