Foxtel releases the pricing plan and availability for its Xbox 360 package. The service, which offers Pay IPTV, starts at $20 a month with the "Get Started" package. The plan, which offers the most basic connection for watching Foxtel through the game console, allows live streaming access to eleven channels, namely FOX8, Nickelodeon, MTV, Lifestyle YOU, Channel [V], Discovery, TV1, National Geographic Channel, SKY NEWS, CNN and FOX Sports News.

Users also have the option of adding extra packages such as Entertainment, Sports and movies. For an extra $10 a month, customers can gain access to channels such as (Entertainment package) MTV Hits, [V] Hits, MTV Classic, UKTV, The Comedy Channel, Discovery Turbo MAX, Disney, Nat Geo Adventure, BBC Knowledge, Universal Channel, Sci Fi, (Sports) ESPN, Fox Sports Play, Eurosport, Fuel TV Showtime and Movie One channel and Movie Two.

The service also offers Catch Up TV packages on certain channels in addition to the live streaming channels. Catch Up TV lets users TV programs on their own time. The channels that include the feature are MTV, FOX8, Nickelodeon, LifeStyle YOU, Channel [V], National Geographic Channel, Discovery, SKY News, CNN, Disney, UKTV, The Comedy Channel, Nat Geo Adventure, Discovery Turbo Max and BBC Knowledge.

The service will be available in early November. However, only users who already have access to Foxtel can take advantage of the service. The service also requires an Xbox Live Gold Account and a minimum home broadband speed of 1.5 Mbps. The service also offers on demand content, new movies cost $5.95, library movies cost $3.95 while TV shows costing $2.95.
