Amy and Tammy Slaton try to lose enough weight to qualify for and undergo life-changing bariatric surgery and pursue their dreams on "1000-lb Sisters."

"1000-Lb Sisters" star Tammy Slaton's new lifestyle got her fans and the viewers worried because they felt that she fell off the wagon.

The latest episode of the TLC series showed Tammy partying with her friends. She vaped while on an oxygen machine, ate unhealthy food and drank alcohol. Tammy needed to lose weight to qualify for bariatric surgery, but her partying ways were not helping.

Several fans were worried, and others were furious with Tammy's behavior.

"@Tammy_Slaton you are literally killing yourself and you blame everyone but the one person that is at fault YOU!!!!" one tweeted.

"Tammy has a death wish. You can see it in her expressions. She doesn't care about herself. It's only a matter of time, such a sad situation," one commented on the clip from the episode uploaded on YouTube.

"Tammy has accepted her fate. It's difficult for the people who love her to give up, but they're wearing themselves out for someone who doesn't want help and doesn't want to change. Live your lives and let Tammy enjoy the time she has left," another added.

"100% joy for Amy, 100% worry for Tammy. Every day I fear 'the news' about Tammy," another netizen wrote.

Amy received praise from the netizens because they noticed how much she has grown.

"Amy is putting up boundaries and I’m so proud of her!!!!" one commented.

"Amy has so much empathy. No matter what nonsense Tammy gets up to, she still seeks to understand why and have compassion. I could never," another added.

In the clip, Amy admitted that she understood Tammy's decision to go to parties because "she never got to live out her 20s." However, she didn't like what her older sister was doing but didn't want to confront her and end up arguing with her.

"I'm not happy Tammy's partying so much, but at the same time, I'm not gonna confront her about it because it's Tammy's choice to make good choices not mine," Amy explained. "Besides, I know it's gonna end up in a bad argument and at this point, she's gonna win."

When the producer asked Tammy what she was doing with herself, she said, "I am trying to do self-love. Trying to fall in-love with myself again. Find happiness within myself."

Amy told her sister that it's good to be happy, but there were other outlets she could explore. When Tammy asked her, "What else do I got to do?" Amy restrained herself and just said, "I don't know."

"You do it your way, I'll do it mine," Tammy said.

Amy responded and told her sister she hoped she would find happiness through other things because alcohol would just give her more health problems, like kidney failure. However, Tammy cut Amy off and said, "I don't need a lecture."

"1000-lb Sisters" Season 3 airs every Monday on TLC at 10 p.m. EST.
