The episode synopsis on Soaps She Knows gives viewers a rough idea of what to expect on Tuesday’s episode of “The Young and the Restless.” For one, Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) does not appear very pleased as he wants to find out why Billy Abbot (Jason Thompson) is planning to do business with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Things get rough as Phyllis Abbot (Gina Tognoni) finds herself with a different set of issues, this time with regard to her opposition of Summer and Luca’s wedding. Later on, Phyllis even finds an ally for her new goal.

Things are lighter on Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) side , as he promises that he will support Summer’s decision. Jack Abbot (Peter Bergman) decides to let go of some steam after he opens up to Jill Atkinson (Jess Walton) about his marriage issues. Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) holds a deep and dark secret and continues to keep this from his loved ones.

Celeb Dirty Laundry gives us a closer insight into the synopsis. It is revealed that Jill has and will still continue working as hard as she can to protect Jack and keep his marriage healthy. Unfortunately, in doing this, she might need to tell a lot of lies.

As for Phyllis, her surprising ally would be no other than her enemy Victor. This shocking alliance is founded on their common dislike in being anyhow connected with Luca. Considering such, it appears that Victor’s apparent acceptance of the engagement could be a trap.
