Spoiler Alert! This article contains "The Young And The Restless" spoilers.

TV Guide reports that in Friday's episode, the friends and family of Katherine will all gather to honour her memory. Soaps.sheknows also reports that Katherine’s legacy will be remembered at Chancellor Park. Meanwhile, Sage will be taken to the hospital while Adam puts his plan against Victor into motion.

Nikki, Victor and Neil will see each other at the park. Esther tells Kevin that she’s happy about Chloe’s progress. As for Paul, he gathers everyone who’s at Katherine’s memorial to listen to a letter she wrote before. Jill will be instructed to read it out loud. As a joke, Katherine requested Jill to list all of her last names. It’s Foster, Abbott and Fenmore, by the way.

Jill refers to Katherine as an old bat because of that comment. She tells everyone that Katherine just wants all of them to talk about how their lives have improved since she left. Numerous flashbacks in the minds of the “Y&R” characters will be shown including Victor’s conversation with Katherine about his obsession in controlling Nikki’s life. Nikki will also remember an old conversation with Katherine about Victor. She brings up her sobriety and Katherine’s influence.

As for Victoria, she will talk about Katherine Rose, her beautiful daughter. Paul talks about his child with Chris who has passed on and is now with Katherine. He tells them that he’s somehow comforted by that fact. Jill pipes in and tells them that reclaiming Katherine’s company has greatly improved her life. Esther and Colin dole out a few words as well. Plus, Lily and Cane talk about saving their union.

Devon asks Katherine to look out for Hilary and help bring her back. He also talks about gaining back his family’s trust. Meanwhile, Kevin claims that he's moving on. And, Jack realises that some things are more valuable than companies. As for Neil, he will choose to remain silent throughout the memorial.

Adam will also speak with a guy who’s good at computers. It will be revealed that his boss is Ian Ward (Ray Wise) who will give him the go signal to start the Paragon Project. The show posted a preview video for its Friday episode on its official YouTube channel. Click here to view it.

Katherine Chancellor was born in 1928 and passed away on Aug. 1 2013 due to an illness, according to CBS. Soap Central reports that Katherine died in her sleep in Hong Kong. She was 84. Aside from being a corporate executive, Katherine was also a philanthropist. She wrote a memoir in 2008 titled “Live Until I Die.”

Jeanne Cooper, the actress who played Katherine in “Y&R,” has also passed away on May 8, 2013 due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). She was the same age as Katherine's character when she died.

These events follow Thursday's episode, which showed Paul threatening to arrest Adam (Justin Hartley) and Jill coming home to Genoa City. Neil and Nikki’s relationship also changed in this episode.
