Emotions run high in Genoa City as shocking developments hound the upcoming episodes of “The Young and The Restless” (“Y&R”). On Monday’s run, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) grill Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) about the circumstances surrounding Adam’s (Justin Hartley) death.

Meanwhile, tension brews between Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Abby (Melissa Ordway), as the two clash over leadership of the family empire. Victor (Eric Braeden), gets busy with a project and asks Scott (Daniel Hall) to pitch in. Other “The Young and the Restless” characters to watch out for this week include Jack (Peter Bergman), Ashley (Eileen Davidson), Devon (Bryton James), Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Gloria (Judith Chapman), Kevin (Greg Rikaart), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Hilary (Mishael Morgan), Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood), Juliet (Laur Allen), Cane (Daniel Goddard), Paul (Doug Davidson) and Sharon (Sharon Case).

CBS has posted a sneak peek of “Y&R” for Monday’s episode. In the trailer, Victor announces that he intends to write his memoir and needs an experienced co-writer. Scott wonders, “You want me to write a biography?” Jack, on the other hand, tells Ashley, “He’s not only an employee, he’s much younger. This could be a problem.” Elsewhere, Chloe says, “That’s crazy, how’d that get in there?” Nick asks her, “Why don’t you tell us?”

TV Guide reports that Tuesday’s installment focuses on Devon, who runs after Mariah, while Nick reveals some crucial information that may lead to someone’s downfall. Meanwhile, Gloria feels disturbed with Kevin’s announcement. Wednesday’s episode features Victor, who casts doubts on Nikki’s decision. Hilary, on the other hand, explores the wilder side of things with Jordan. Elsewhere, Chelsea stands up for Chloe.

On Thursday, Nick devises a plan to trap someone, while Juliet delivers some shocking information to Cane. Meanwhile, Ashley manages to pull a fast one on Jack. Friday’s last salvo for the week centres on Chloe, who surprises Kevin. Paul, on the other hand, receives a request to reinvestigate Adam’s death. Elsewhere, Nick tells Sharon his suspicions.
