'The Young and the Restless' spoilers for Jan. 10 – 13: Things heat up in Genoa City; curveballs and revelations emerge; plus a ‘Y&R’ character returns

It’s definitely one steamy and exciting week as “ The Young and The Restless” (“Y&R”) feature more surprises on its upcoming episodes. This week, Victor (Eric Braeden) drops a bombshell on Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). It appears that he’s ready to bow down and retire from his action-filled exploits.

Speaking of shocking events, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) is caught off-guard when Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) presents a sexy surprise. After announcing his exit late last year, Dylan (Steve Burton) also appears this week with other “The Young and the Restless” characters, including Abby (Melissa Ordway), Nick (Joshua Morrow), Gloria (Judith Chapman ), Sharon (Sharon Case), Lauren (Tracey Bregman), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Jill (Jess Walton), Devon (Bryton James) and Lily (Christel Khalil).

CBS has posted a sneak peek of “Y&R” for Tuesday’s episode. In the trailer, Nikki informs Nick over the phone that Faith really him. Nick replies, saying he’s on his way. Elsewhere, Chloe puts on a trench coat and heads to the police station, where she flashes Kevin. Meanwhile, Gloria lashes out at Michael, saying, “I do not like your attitude.” He counters, “And I do not like my mother trying to use me to try to get something Lauren’s already said no to!”

We Love Soaps reports that Wednesday’s instalment focuses on Abby as she finds something new to be passionate about. Nick, on the other hand, reaches his limit while Dylan comes home to Genoa City.

On Thursday, “Y&R” features Nick, who confronts Sharon. Meanwhile, Lauren has a sneaking suspicion that there’s a corporate sabotage going on. Elsewhere, Kevin is compelled to come to Gloria’s aid.

Wrapping the week on Jan. 13, Lily has no choice but to play nice, while Victoria confronts Jill. Devon, on the other hand, suffers from the after-effects of his accident.
