'The Young and the Restless' spoilers for Feb. 13, 2017: Cane asks pleads for another chance with Jill; Ashley threatens to take over Jabot; Victoria vows to reacquire Brash & Sassy

In the next episode of Y&R, business interests are getting intense and characters are turning desperate. Whether it be someone who is powered by greed or an heir who wants everything for herself, viewers are about to see a disputes erupting as the show moves forward.

In the previous week, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) went to Chelsea Newman’s (Melissa Claire Egan) studio to apologize and there he found Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) wearing a wedding gown from her collection. Chelsea began to wonder if she should have begun sketching a wedding dress for Sharon.

Nick gave her an assurance that he and Sharon McAvoy (Sharon Case) will never get back together, but Chelsea just laughed at the thought. Getting back with an ex has apparently ripened into a Newman family practice. Nick helped with a jammed zipper and they wound up very close. Chelsea said that Sharon still loves Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) and being with his brother would be of very little comfort for now. Nick invited Chelsea for dinner, but she turned it down.

At Newman Enterprises, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) tells her father that she will be buying back Brass & Sassy. Vi ctor Newman (Eric Braeden) says that she lost it because of him and will do what he can to help her buy it back. He will warn her to check Jill Atkinson’s (Jess Walton) offer very closely so that Jill cannot force her to keep Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson ); but Victoria wants them to s t ay. Victor will wonder what their new roles will be – even asking if they would become janitors.

When Abby Rayburn (Melissa Ordway) returns from a meeting, she congratulates Victoria on her reacquisition. Victor got his daughter to give Abby some business advice and Abby just bristles through. She figures out Victoria’s plan to come for Newman next as heir and she will wonder if she has to resign immediately. Victor reassures her and apologises for his insecurity.

The synopsis on Soaps She Knows reveals that on the February 13 episode, Cane will ask Jill to give him this chance to work for himself. In response, she will give him until the end of the day. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) does not trust Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and warns that she will take over Jabot if he does not get his act t ogether. Victoria will promise Billy that she will own Brash & Sassy again.

This episode of “The Young and the Restless” will air on February 13 on CBS in the US. It will also air on Arena in Australia.
