Fans are in for an exciting week on the upcoming episodes of “The Young and the Restless” ("Y&R"). On Monday, Billy (Jason Thompson) inadvertently walks in on Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Travis (Michael Roark) as they are in a compromising position.

“Y&R” is also set to celebrate its 11,000th episode on Thursday, and the long-running soap’s co-creator Lee Phillip Bell is expected to make a special appearance. Other “The Young and the Restless” cast members who will appear on the Aug.29 to Sep.2 episodes include Adam (Justin Hartley), Victor (Eric Braeden), Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Daniel (Michael Graziadei), Summer (Hunter King), Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva), Jack (Peter Bergman) , Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), Nick (Joshua Morrow), Colin (Tristan Rogers), Jill (Jess Walton), Dylan (Steve Burton), Kevin (Greg Rikaart), Neil (Kristoff St John) and Paul (Doug Davidson).

CBS released a preview video for the Aug.29 episode of “The Young and the Restless.” In the trailer, Adam tells Chelsea, “Our only chance to have a future together is my father keeping his word so right now we have to trust him.” Meanwhile, things are getting hot between Victoria and Travis when she suddenly realises Billy has a key. Billy opens the door and spots the two half-naked. Luca wraps the trailer as he holds Summer hostage. He threatens Jack, “Put down the phone. I don’t want to hurt her.”

TV Guide reports that Tuesday’s installment focuses on Colin, who compels Jill to confess what she’s hiding. Meanwhile, Nick defends Adam and Phyllis shuts out Billy.

Wednesday’s run centres on Dylan as he struggles to make a choice between his duty and his family. Elsewhere, Kevin takes it a step further with Chloe, while Chelsea is caught blindsided by a surprising issue.

On Thursday, “Y&R” airs its 11,000th episode, wherein co-creator Lee Phillip Bell makes a cameo. Meanwhile, Paul and Christine get a wonderful surprise, while Neil takes a trip down memory lane. Elsewhere, Nikki vouches for Victor, and Chelsea and Adam look towards their life ahead.

Wrapping the week on Sep.2, Nick’s world is rocked to its core, while Chloe tries to clean up after her act. Billy, on the other hand, plays games with Phyllis.
